I researched this company and found that they have performed jobs from smaller homes all the way up to large multi-million dollar mansions and have been sought after by large companies like Monogram. Well the research paid off, because the experience was high end to say the least. I felt like I was dealing with professionals not amateurs. Had gotten 3 quotes for my roof . I chose Prattco & I am glad that I used them. They came in the 1st day, took all the shingles off. Had Prattco reroof three commercial buildings that I have, a total of 80,000 sf of exposed fastener corrugated metal roof. Their pricing was competitive, and the quality of the work was very good. They also did a very difficult repair on a standing seam roof I have, that other roofers couldn’t figure out how to fix. Prattco got it done right the first time. When I have roofing needs in the future, I will be sure to call Prattco first. ~

Our house only had gutters around the lanai. PRATTCO fabricated and installed gutters and downspouts around the outside of our 3100 sq ft single story home.They cleaned out the existing gutter around the lanai and installed a gutter guard on top it.They also installed an approximately 60 foot long underground drain line from an existing down spoutalong the length of our lanai.It took two days to have everything installed. My wife was very impressed with the installers…they were very neat and went out of their way to clean up after themselves. They even hauled away some weeds that we had pulled but left in the yard over the weekend!Bottom line: They have our strongest recommendation. ~
